Jonathan Musgrove is an attorney with more than twenty years of litigation experience, including successful resolution of claims on behalf of child sexual abuse victims, students injured and bullied on school campuses, and a range of injury and wrongful death cases. He is the principal of the Law Offices of Jonathan P. Musgrove, APC. Jonathan graduated from San Diego State University and University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. He gained early and valuable courtroom experience and training working at the District Attorney’s Offices of Sacramento and San Diego Counties, and then litigating injury and wrongful death cases with insurance defense firms. After gaining many years of valuable experience, Jonathan started his own law practice in 2013. This move allowed him to focus his litigation practice on representing individuals and families wronged by others.

Todd M. Plate, Esq.
Attorney Bios
Todd M. Plate is an attorney with two decades of experience working on behalf of individuals and education entities in the areas of childhood sexual abuse, special education, students’ rights, and other violent and non violent school related harm against children. He is the principal of the Plate Law Firm and has been practicing on his own for more than a decade after spending years representing school districts and postsecondary education clients for firms in the Bay Area. As part of his training, Todd worked with both the Alameda County District Attorneys’ Office in Oakland and Federal District Court Judge Irma E. Gonzalez. Todd is a graduate of UC San Diego and UC Hastings College of Law.
